Restoration Church has been dedicated to making Christ known in our city from day one, and we continue to look for ways to engage our city, love people, and share the gospel. Christmas is a great time to have gospel conversations and invite people to experience Jesus at Restoration Church
This year, we are excited to partner with Love INC (In the Name of Christ) of Yakima this Christmas season! We have the privilege of throwing their annual Christmas Party for the families involved in the TEAM (Training, Equipping, And Mentoring) program. These families have committed to a nearly year-long program that helps break them out of the cycle of poverty.
In order to pull off a party like this -many hands are needed. From food prep and decorating to child care and dishes. We need your help! Please take a moment to check out the opportunities and join us in making Christ known in our city!
Early afternoon opportunities:
- Setup tables and chairs in the auditorium and the gift wrapping station (4 people needed)
- Decorating the auditorium (2 people needed)
- Food prep for the party meal (4 people needed)
Opportunities during the party (5:30 - 7:45)
- Childcare for volunteer families (4 people needed)
- Gift wrappers (12 people needed)
- Servers/bussers for the meal (6 people needed)
- Kitchen clean-up/dishes (5 people needed)
- Tear-down and auditorium clean-up (5 people needed from 7:30 - 8:45)
