- The Holy Spirit chooses his own timing (v2)

A. Noise / Wind (v2)
B. Tongues of Fire (v3) - The key isn't speaking in the tongues, it's in the boldness to speak the message. (v4, 12)
- Some will respond positively, some will respond negatively (v12,13)
