The Last Miracle at Pentecost
Acts 2:42-47

Intro: The last miracle related to Pentecost was this new group of people becoming an authentic community, a family.

Devoted:
      -to persevere
      -to give constant attention to one thing
      -to be steadfastly attentive too, to give unremitting care to
      -to wait on continually, to be in constant readiness for one.

  1. The early church was devoted to the apostles teaching (the word of God) v42, 43
  2. The early church was devoted to fellowship. V42, 44-45
         A.  Common-ism not Communism.
  3. The early church was devoted to the breaking of bread together. V42, 46.
         A.  Includes both the Lords Supper and normal meals
  4. The early church was devoted to prayer. V42, 47

Summary: Because of their devotion to the things of God, to each other, and to the church, new believers were added to their number day by day.
