Description: Before God sends the Israelites into battle to take the promised land, he wants to prepare them, not physically, but spiritually. God is less concerned about the land and more concerned about doing a work in their lives.

Outline- God's work in our lives:

1. Requires commitment (vs. 2-7)

2.  Removes our disgrace (vs. 8-9)

3.  Produces celebration (vs. 10-12)

"God is less concerned with what we do for Him, and more concerned that we are becoming something for Him."
