Outline:

Two Kinds of Hearers:
1. Jesus disciples-those who listen and accept the word of God.
2. Those on the outside-who refuse to believe the word of God.

-The seed on the path represents those with a hard heart.
-The seed on the rocky ground represents those with a shallow heart.
-The seed choked out by the thorns represents those with a divided heart.
-The seed planted on the good soil represents the fruitful heart.
     -Good soil has to be prepared
     -Good soil has to hear AND accept God's word.
