Pardon the Interruption

August 28, 2016 Speaker: Kevin Deyette Series: Welcome To Church

Passage: Matthew 20:29–20:34

Title: Pardon the Interruption
Text: Matthew 20:29-34

Notes:

Potential reasons the crowd told the blind men to be silent:

  1. Jesus had more important priorities
  2. The blind men were not valuable enough

Take-aways:

  1. We can trust Jesus because He loves and cares for us even when no one else will.
You are not an interruption to God. You are His beloved and chosen.
  2. People are our mission, not interruptions.
