Text: 1 Peter 5:1-5

God uses humble leaders and humble followers to grow His church.

1) Humble Shepherding (vs. 1-4)

    -Three "nots" of leadership

           1) Not out of compulsion.

           2) Not for personal gain.

           3) Not being a bully

        -Instead, be an example worth following.

2) Humble Followers (vs. 5a).

3) Humble Attitudes (vs. 5b)

     -"Humility is not thinking less of ourselves, it is thinking of ourselves less."- Rick Warren
