Christ Our Living Hope

April 1, 2018 Speaker: Kevin Deyette Series: Stand Alone

Passage: 1 Peter 1:3–1:6

Title: Christ Our Living Hope
Text: 1 Peter 1:3-6

“Once you choose hope, anything’s possible.” Christopher Reeves

What Jesus’ resurrection means for us today: You and I will never go through hardships or trials without hope.

Our hope is secured in Jesus Christ rising from the dead.

Peter might have left Jesus, but Jesus never left him.

You might have given up on Jesus, but he’s never given up on you.

Jesus is the first person to die, rise from the grave, and never see the death again.
