If God alone is God and all he does is good- His sovereignty (control) should comfort us.

Two great promises of God:
1) He’ll never leave us nor forsake us (Heb. 13:5).
2) He’s working all things out for our good and His glory (Rom. 8:28).

2 ways to approach prayer because of God’s sovereignty:
1) Pray more frequently.
2) Pray for the salvation of others.
    - “One concerned person devoted to prayer can make a great difference in this world, for prayer is the key that releases the power of God” -Warren Wiersbe.

God’s sovereignty is made most clear on the cross.

Live boldly in light of God’s sovereignty.
