What are spiritual gifts?
1) Given by God (1 Cor. 12:4-6)
2) Unique (1 Cor. 12:8-10)
3) Every believer has one (1 Cor. 12:11)
4) For the common good of the church and for the mission of God (Eph. 4:12)

What is my spiritual gift? How I use this gift to love others?

Ministering gifts: How the Holy Spirit works in and through a believer to meet the relational and physical needs of a community.
Includes: Administration, Leadership, Encouragement, Mercy, Giving, and Serving
-Administration (1 Cor. 12:28, Rom. 12:6-8, Acts 6:2-4).
        -Ability to help "steer" the church through planning and organization.
-Leadership
        -Sets the course/vision to accomplish God-given goals.
-Encouragement (Rom. 12:6-8, Acts 11:23-24).
        -Ability to comfort and encourage someone in difficulty.
-Mercy (Rom. 12:6-8, 15; Matt. 5:7).
        -Ability to show love/acceptance when someone is expecting judgment/rejection
-Giving (Rom. 12:6-8, 13).
        -Ability to give what God has given you.
-Serving/helps (Rom. 12:6-7, Mark 10:45, 1 Cor. 12:28).
        -Eagerness to meet practical needs.

Speaking Gifts: How the Holy Spirit uses a "spoken work" to pour out biblical truth and understanding of the gospel to a particular situation.
Includes: Utterance of Knowledge, Utterance of Wisdom, Teaching, Prophecy, Discernment, Tongues, and Interpretation of Tongues.
-Knowledge (1 Cor. 12:8; Col. 1:9-10).
        -Ability to know and understand what Scripture says.
-Wisdom
        -Ability to apply the truths of Scripture to all areas of life.
-Teaching (1 Cor. 12:28; Rom. 12:7, Acts 2:42).
        -Ability to clearly communicate the truths of Scripture to others.
-Prophecy (1 Cor. 12:6, 14:1; 1 Thess. 5:20-21).
        -Ability to speak truth into the lives of others.
-Discernment (1 Cor. 12:7-10; Heb. 5:14; 1 John 4:1).
        -Ability to clearly recognize character, conduct, and spiritual influence.

Manifestation Gifts: How the Holy Spirit works through a believer, in any given situation, to demonstrate his supernatural power.
Includes: Faith, Healing, and Miracles.
-Faith (1 Cor. 12:7-9; Heb. 11:1; Matt. 17:20)
        -Ability to have complete confidence in the character of God.

Foundational Gifts: How the Holy Spirit gives gifts that are foundational to the planting, growing, and establishment of His church.
Includes: Apostles, Pastors, and Evangelists.
-Evangelism (Eph. 4:11-12, 2 Tim. 4:5).
         -Ability to effectively communicate the message of the gospel to non-believers.
