Passage: Judges 6:33–40

Title: Determining God's Faithfulness
Text: Judges 6:33-40

Notes:

God responds to us when we come to Him in faith (Heb. 11:6).

We cannot allow our fears, doubts, and insecurites to run our faith (Judges 6:36, 39).

It's not a sin to have fear, insecurities, and doubts about God and His plan for our lives. What matter is how we deal with them

How not to deteremine God's will (Judges 6:39; Deut. 6:16; Matt. 16:4):
The problem with "throwing out a fleece" is that it is rooted in unbelief.

How to determine God's will:
1) Prayer (James 1:5)
2) Read the Bible (Psalm 119:105)
3) Seek Godly Counsel (Proverbs 19:20-21)

God wants us to know Him and His faithfulness and trust He is moving and acting in our lives.

What areas of your life do you need to rest more fully in God's promises?
