Trusting and Napping

May 30, 2021 Speaker: Kevin Deyette Series: Summer in the Psalms

Passage: Psalm 127:1–5

Text:  Psalm 127:1-5
Title:  Trusting and Napping

Functional Atheist: Believes in God, but lives in their own wisdom and strength.

Success and security come from God (Psa. 127:1).

God wants to bless us with peace and rest (Psa. 127:2).

The only way to experience God's peace and rest is to use the means God has given you and then trust Him with the outcome.

God's blessing of rest is given to those who trust Him.

Trusting God with the outcomes:
1) Remember where success is found (John 15:5).
2) Practice letting go and trusting God.
