Text: Psalm 23
Title: How to Flourish in Life
Flourish: Thriving in life. When your confidence, joy, and trust in God are not constantly wavering- depending on your circumstances and feelings.
Flourishing from Jesus:
1) He gives me contentment (Ps. 23:1).
2) He gives me rest (Ps. 23:2).
3) He secures my faith (Ps. 23:3).
4) He removes my fear (Ps. 23:4).
5) He honors me (Ps. 23:5).
6) He pursues me (Ps. 23:6).
Flourishing is a result of allowing Jesus to be our shepherd.
It's not enough to know God is a shepherd, I flourish when He is MY shepherd.
