We Belong Together

Text: John 17:20-23

Restoration Church Values: 
- We love outrageously. 
- We are a gospel people. 
- We are biblically Rooted. 
- We belong together. 

Jesus Prays for all believers (John 17:20). 

Jesus' Desire:
- That the church is one (John 17:21). 
   - "Regardless of denominational affiliation, there ought to be among Christ's people a sincere kinship, a mutual love, a common shared understanding of the truth on any point. Such unity ought to be so transparent and compelling that others are attracted to it" - D.A. Carson. 
- That the church displays God's glorious redemption (John 17:22). 
- That the church is perfectly one (John 17:23). 

The greatest evangelistic tool the church has is its unity with believers. 

The world knows Jesus through the unity and love of the church. 

Pursuing the unity we already have: 
1) Be hospitable towards one another. 
2) Bearing one another's burdens. 
3) Serve one another.
