God's top concern is not your money, but whether your heart is fully dedicated to Him. 

What and how you give in your life shows whether your heart is truly dedicated to Him. 

Application:
1) Do you truly know God and have a relationship with Him?
2) Is your heart dedicated to God? 
   -What gift do you need to offer God to show Him your heart?
