Characteristics of poor leadership:
1) Enabling injustices
2) Taking advantage of people
3) Motivated by greed and popularity

The essence of poor leadership takes a leaders influence and uses it for selfish gain.

Consequences of poor leadership:
God hides his face from those leaders

Summary: Leadership matters. Leaders who use their influence selfishly will be held accountable by God for their actions.

Are you using your influence for selfish purposes?

The church needs leaders who use their influence for others.
1) They admit their weaknesses
2) They constantly seek the good of others
3) They point to a leader beyond themself
