1. Definition of Joy: Deep and resilient gladness that is rooted not in circumstances, but in the goodness of God

2. God turns shame to joy. (Luke 1:39-40)

3. Joy comes when you realize you are recognized and known by God. (Luke 1:46-49)

4. Joy endures because of God's faithfulness. (Luke 1:51-55)

Message Summary: Deep, resilient joy is not found in our circumstances, but is a gift from God, rooted in His presence and faithfulness. 

Application:

1. Identify and confess where you're looking to your circumstances for joy.
2. Seek awareness of God's presence in your life.
