Text: Nehemaih 13:15-28

Sermon Notes:
How to Backslide:
- Misalignt your priorites (v. 15-22)
- Without realizing it — the seculure becomes more important than the sacred, profit more important than purpose. - Mismanage your family (v. 23-27)
- Misplaced access in your life (v. 28, 4-9)
- The problem wasn't living near the broken world but giving the broken world too much influence.
Summary: Assimilation is not about proximity to the world — but who and what you allow to shape you.
Application:
- Relocate your center of gravity
- Show the sun is worth orbiting
- Weigh what's pulling you
"The easiest road to hell is a gradual one — a gentle slope, soft underfoot, without sudden turnings, milestones, or signposts." - CS Lewis
