Sadducees- Educated, wealthy, religious elite who controlled Jewish political and religious life. Did not believe in anything supernatural or the resurrection. 

Cornerstone: Central focus and foundation of your life. What gives you security, hope, and peace. 

Bold confidence and conviction in the things of God is the result of making Jesus the cornerstone of our lives. 

Two steps to build our life on Jesus as our cornerstone:
1) Have a relationship with Jesus as our savior. 
2) Be with Jesus.
