How do you respond to the possibility of dying because you're a follower of Jesus? Are you actually willing to live for Jesus? 

Stephen's Message: 
1) God's blessing isn't limited to the people's presence in the Promised Land. 
2) God's blessing isn't found in keeping the law. 
3) God's blessing isn't found in the temple. 

Stephen's story teaches us that Jesus is the only Lord and story worth living for. And if need be, the only story worth dying for. 

Are you living for Jesus? 
Is your life characterized like Stephen's?
